West 26th Avenue

I am looking to rent out a room in my townhome in Jefferson Park. It’s a great, central location, walkable to bars and restaurants, while still being a relatively quiet neighborhood.

The room is on the first floor of the unit and very private from the rest of the house. The room is roughly 11.5 x 9.5’ with very spacious 12ft ceilings and it’s own bathroom. I also have sufficient storage space through the house as needed. The rest of the house and rooftop is nicely furnished, so no need to worry about that. Kitchen is full of upgraded appliances. Washer/dryer, AC included. Rooftop is over 500 Sqft and has 360 view of both city and mountains, also furnished with TV and outdoor furniture.

I’m 28 years old, working in technology sourcing. I work from home most days. Love to do all things outdoors (ski, hike, camp), both play and watch sports, go out for drinks and to concerts. I’ll have people over from time to time but mostly like to keep it low key around the house, especially on weekdays.

I’m hoping to ideally find someone similar-ish in age, any gender welcome. I like to keep the place pretty clean and would expect that you will as well. Would prefer someone who does not work from home since I do too, but this is not a dealbreaker.
