Welcome to the top-floor penthouse. You will have one bedroom and one private bathroom. You can use the kitchen and living room as you wish. I am more than happy to show the room anytime after 5PM during the week days.

It is located across the street from Tustin Legacy. Close proximity to most major freeways. Amenities include, but not limited to: fitness center, coffee shop, golf sim., pool table/ping pong, and a beautiful rooftop pool!

My lovely girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate to occupy a beautiful bedroom in our penthouse.

We are outgoing individuals who are mindful and considerate of others. We have always been responsible and deeply enjoy maintaining an organized and clean work space/living environment.

We spend a majority of our time outside or in the office working. 🤓

In my free time, I love to enjoy anything Disney! I am very passionate for music, playing paintball in the fall and hanging out with my brother’s Great Dane!
