1 furnished bedroom, plus 1 additional room, and your own private bath for rent in a 4BR, 3 Bath home near Sebago Lake.

1 Person only. Utilities included. House will be shared with male owner. Must be employed, daytime hours, have valid driver’s license, no smoking. Monthly lease. Minimum 3 months preferred.

• Fully furnished bedroom on 2nd floor near top of stairs.
• Large closet with ironing board/iron.
• Flat screen smart TV/Roku with Spectrum cable/video included.
• High speed WIFI throughout the house.
• Bonus room - a smaller empty bedroom can be used for extra storage, or for laptop/computer area.
• Private bathroom across the hall with shared use of laundry area washer/dryer.

Plenty of storage available in the basement if needed. Upon request you may also use the garage and outdoor areas for storage of bicycle, motorcycle, kayak, small trailer, personal items, etc. There is a large deck with patio furniture and gas grill, and a fire pit area. There is parking for one vehicle in my driveway.

You would be sharing the house with the 55 year old male owner. I have a small dog and an outdoor cat. Must be pet friendly. Well trained pets welcome.
