The home is a 6 bedroom , 5 bath house, we raised our 26 foster/ 4 adopted children in. We now down sized to a smaller retirement home. 2 of our adopted adults now live in the home and we are renting the additional rooms. We have a few rooms remodeled and available for renting now. There is a private 20x40 ft pool with a beautiful deck all around it, and beautifully landscaped , shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, driveway, f&b yards, pool, close to Downtown Royal Oak & Brimongham with lots of restaurants & shopping. Very safe neighborhood. Looking for roommates that are clean, friendly, and responsible with rent. This is a smoke free & pet free home.
2 of our adopted children now grown adults live in the home. 21 years & 29 years old. Both are friendly & clean. No pets or smoking allowed on the property.
