Hi everyone, I have 1 unfurnished bedroom for rent (single occupancy) in a 4 bed 2.5 bath house located in Elk Grove, zip code 95758, $700/month includes all utilities, and the Internet. Plus, house/rooms cleaning services every 2 weeks. Free of charge. I have my own bath in the Master bed.  You will share the bathroom with other roommates. Plus, there is a half bathroom as well. LOCATION! LOCATION! Between Elk Grove Blvd and Foulks Ranch Dr. 6 minutes to Costco, Walmart, Target, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and much more. Walk to the community park with tennis courts and a play area, or enjoy the walking trails nearby. You will have access to microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. No cooking/Light cooking is preferred since there is multiple people living in the house. No drugs & no pets. $500 security deposit, proof of income and background check is required.
