Looking for a respectful, outgoing, and clean roommate to move in mid-November. Must be responsible with bills and rent because we split everything 50/50. You will have your own room, bathroom, and office space (office space is photographed). I will send pictures of the bathroom and bedroom upon request since they’re still occupied. There is in-unit laundry and you will have your own parking space (the space is an extra $75 a month but I split this with you.)

The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, kiddie pool, bbqs, 24hr gym, office space, and the loveliest front desk and maintenance staff.

I am fun, outgoing, slightly introverted, and love interior decorating. I’m always open to suggestions and am constantly changing the place up. I love decorating for holidays and making every season and occasion memorable. I’m always open to hanging out and would love to evolve this into a friendship.

I am cannabis friendly and open to a well behaved pet being in the space. Preferably no couples and no kids.
