Bathroom is shared with 1 other roommate. $800 per month. All utilities are included. $400 security deposit required. Will return in full as long as the room is in the same condition as before. LOCATION: Home is located off Archibald and Church. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. 10 mins away from Chaffey College. 5 mins away from Haven City Market. 10 mins away from Victoria Gardens and Ontario Mills. 5 mins away from 210 freeway. 10 mins away from 10 freeway.

ABOUT THE HOME: The home is a 3 bed/2.5 bath with patio space. This is a spacious bedroom with plenty of closet space. Twin size bed is included. TV is included. Amazon Firestick included. Ceiling fan included. In-unit washer/dryer included. Central AC and heater. Access to kitchen. Small or light-cooking only. Access to dining room. Access to living room. Access to patio space. This is an HOA area. Cars without permits are not allowed to park overnight between the hours of 12am - 6am. However, there is street parking only 1-2 mins walking distance from the home.

HOUSE RULES: Single occupants only. No guests allowed. No pets allowed. No shoes on allowed upstairs. Stairs and upstairs areas are carpet. Downstairs is fine since it’s hard floor. Must be ok with 420 and cat friendly. We have 1 cat. Must keep bathroom and kitchen clean when in use. We do not have a maid.

ABOUT YOU: 420 tolerant and cat friendly. Clean, friendly, and respectful. Looking preferably for someone between the ages of 21 to 35.

It is just my brother and I that live here. I am 28 (male) and he is 26 (male). We are both very chill, clean, laid back, friendly, and respectful. We do not mind socializing with you. I enjoy hiking, photography, and breweries. I will not be in the home most days since I just got a new job in North Hollywood and will have my own room out there. My cat is very friendly and may want to be close to you at times. Sometimes he likes to sleep on the stairs so please be careful when going up and down the stairs so as to not step on him.
