A beautiful and spacious 3B 2B house located in the heart of Sunnyvale with a beautiful backyard. Areas nearby: Sunnyvale downtown murphy st, Caltrain station, Target, Whole foods, AMC, CVS, UPS store, grocery store all within 1 mile of radius. A spacious unfurnished independent room is available and you will be sharing bathroom with one more person in the house. The rent is $1340 (utilities extra which usually comes around $100-150 a month) Pictures of the room are attached in the post (Bed shown in the picture is queen size for better idea of room space), all the furniture inside the room will be will be moved and room is offered as unfurnished.

We are currently 2 young professionals living in the house (1st roommate - software engineer in tech company and 2nd roommate - Engineering manager in manufacturing industry). We as an individual are quiet, respectful, keep the space clean usually occupied on the weekdays and chill on the weekends with some beer and good food.
