10x10 bedroom in a private area of the apartment with a lot of natural light. Bathroom shared with one other roommate (me!).

Apartment has a nicely decorated balcony, full kitchen (with a dishwasher), dining room and nice big living room with lots of seating.

Uncovered parking is free, unfortunately no more pets are allowed :-(. 420 and nicotine friendly (no smoking indoors). Room only available through February. We have a full size mattress, TV and dresser available for use if you need it (room does come with a closet though)!

Hello! Our names are Madelinn and Maggie, we are both just about 22 years old and looking for a new roommate! We met at a previous job and we’ve lived together almost a year and it’s been going great! Madelinn works at a vet clinic during most of the day Mon-Thurs and Maggie works at a buffalo wild wings. Typically we will be on the balcony together, in the living room watching bad reality TV shows, doing crafts, or doing our own thing.

Frankie the dog- We have a 40 pound dog named Frankie. She is very very sweet and a very quiet dog. Most of the time you can find her napping on the couch or cooling off on the balcony. She’s pretty much always asleep but loves every person she meets. You will most definitely be greeted with a big smile and waggly tail. (She doesn’t jump, barely ever barks, occasionally she will whine when left alone but it doesn’t go on for more than 3 minutes)

Grubby the fat cat!- We have an orange cat named Grubby who spends most of the time in Madelinn’s room. She’s a little skittish but loves attention. Grubby is a pretty quiet cat but does get very excited for meal times and she can be talkative.
