The bedroom is 11x14 with a large window overlooking the semi-private back garden (shared with basement unit tenant). The bedroom has two closets and can be furnished with a dresser and bed. Washer and Dryer in unit on the second floor. The kitchen has updated appliances and the living room has a working fire place. I have some furniture (couch, coffee table, media stand, kitchen table) and would love for you to bring a TV and an accent chair or two! The house is ~7 min from the foggy bottom metro, 10 min from whole foods, and 10 min from trader joe’s. includes one free off street parking space.

I’m a 29 year old working professional that appreciates a very clean and organized space. I’ve always been friends with my roommates so I would hope for the same now! I also am a full time student so I spend a lot of time studying but enjoy hanging out with my roommates for a wine night and occasionally hosting game night.
