Payton's room

One furnished bedroom. It’s the largest bedroom in the home. I am looking for long-term rentals. The location is in Tacoma just outside of Federal Way and there are grocery stores and fast-food restaurants nearby. The upstairs bedrooms will share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The washer/dryer is located in the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen and dining area, as well as the living room, will be shared areas. There are two refrigerators, a security camera for the front of the home, a Keurig, and Roku on the living room television with Netflix provided. I haven’t moved the bed into the room yet has some prefer it unfurnished. There’s a bed that is stored, that I can provide. I also have a nice armoire and a nightstand the room can be furnished with. Internet, electricity, water, and sewer included.

The downstairs is currently rented by a male in his late twenties. He is quiet, mainly keeps to himself, and has small dog (Chihuahua mix) that is house trained and that he kennels when he is away. The dog will bark when you or others enter the home. One of the upstairs bedrooms is rented to a male in his early thirties. He is laid back, and quiet.
