This private room is one of four rooms in a 2175 sqf home. One side of the home has three bedrooms and one bathroom ( bathroom will be shared with two older guys ) the other side of the home is the master bedroom which has a couple living in it.
The kitchen, living room and backyard are shared common area.
I have lived here for over 8 yrs. Two other roommates moved in 4 months ago but one will be leaving because new job did not work out. A couple is living in the master bedroom and everyone of us are quiet I respecting of others and pick up after ourselves.
