Tamara's room

I have a furnished private bedroom/bathroom in a desirable neighborhood near the police training substation. It’s a quiet area close to the 215 with dining, shopping, parks, etc not far. Rent includes everything. The $250 added will actually be for a non-refundable cleaning deposit, not a security deposit. New roommate has access to Common Areas (except my private bedroom/bath of course). ID/Background check, income verification, a few references are requested.

I own the house so my new roommate will have her side of the upstairs. I am easy going, Trust and respect goes both ways. I want my roommate to feel comfortable in my home.
