Wynter's room

This fully-furnished basement apartment has a separate entrance, private bathroom and extra large main room/living space. Full kitchen with laundry. I only need to access the laundry and storeroom and will always schedule that access, otherwise it is a completely private space. I have two comfortable futons and a desk, as well as tv and chairs in the space. This is in Jefferson Park, about a mile from the Blue line station. 1 block from the forest preserve and bike trail. Quiet neighborhood full of police, firefighters, and teachers. Free parking on the street. No parties or smoking.

I am a single mom of three teens who are home part time and a fiancé. I am easy going and quiet when my boys aren’t home, they can occasionally get noisy, but only on occasions. It’s important to me to trust the person or persons living in my basement as there is my safety to consider so I will retain the right to obtain references.
