About the room

This is a new double wide modular home in a nice park on the east side of Sioux Falls. I do have a dog and she does not get along well with other animals, so no other pets please. The Kitchen, Livingroom, Dining room, laundry room, yard and garage are all shared. you will have your own room and your own bathroom. I Will expect you to keep your area clean and tidy and pick up after yourself in the common areas. I will take care of all the cleaning of the common areas but will expect help with the yard work and snow removal. I am 53 years old, and this is NOT a party house! I enjoy entertaining occasionally with grill outs and game nights and don’t mind if you have a few friends over occasionally as well, but again NOT a party house. I do smoke but only outside, no smoking of anything in the house! I do not do drugs of any kind and have no tolerance for it! I own the home, but the lot is rented so you will have to be approved by the park and pass their credit check and background check.
