Neighborhood is fairly quiet. Upstairs and Downstairs unit. I just moved in so there’s very little furniture.

I am nerdy and keep to myself. I will most likely be working or adventuring. I am looking for a fresh start and a responsible individual to take over the room.

I am will to negotiate credit check with more security deposit but I will want to see proof of employment.
