The house is a 4B/2.5B 2600 sq ft. home. (All photos are from purchasing a year and a half ago and I can definitely provide more photos/videos of the house now that it’s furnished.) All common areas are fully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with any dishware or appliances (air fryer, toaster, rice cooker, crockpot) you’d need. There is a washer/dryer, a bathtub in your bathroom with a double vanity, and a spacious double rod closet along with extra storage space you can use in the home/garage. There’s a huge yard with a concrete slab, good shade, and some patio furniture to relax too. (I have hammocks just haven’t put them up yet lol) I provide all cleaning supplies, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, other kitchen items. There’s plenty of room in the fridge and there is a deep freezer in the garage too. I can even provide an extra mini fridge I have for your room if that’s something you’d be interested in. Both TVs (upstairs den and living room) have netflix, hbo max, espn+, & hulu. There are also two separate living areas (upstairs den and living room) if you prefer your own space. The bathroom you would use would occasionally be shared with weekend guests (my family or the occasional friend) that would occupy their own separate room every now and then. I would definitely let you know in advance. If that’s a deal breaker, let me know and we can talk boundaries. It’s a safe, family-friendly neighborhood between two police departments (within 1 mile each side), there is a security system, motion-activated floodlights, and there are smart locks installed. The house is within walking distance to many great little local restaurants and very close by to grocery stores, gas stations, and everything you’d need.

I’m 24 yrs. old and a middle school teacher. I have two dogs: A 12 yr. old yorkie named Silver, and a 2 yr. old weiner dog named Chipotle. I enjoy indoor gardening, eating takeout, watching movies/shows, thrifting, estate sales, and relaxing at home. I have a pretty consistent work schedule and I like weekend trips, but I do get dogsitters so my pets wouldn’t be a problem to you. I like common areas to stay tidy, but don’t really care about how you keep your room because I’m not the one living in it. I keep a circle of friends who aren’t snooty or rude so they wouldn’t bother you if they happen to be over, but we would also be happy to include you if you’re okay with that. (: I’m very respectful of boundaries and preferences and I would appreciate someone who is the same. Price can be negotiated, especially for a person who checks all the boxes and who is okay with my dogs.
