Kiana's room

My boyfriend and I will have one room available starting June 1st 2023. I work from home full time and my boyfriend is currently on his thirteenth year in the Navy. We have a 4 bedroom home. One will be occupied with another roommate and the other is our office. We reside in the master bedroom. The bathroom will be shared. We have a spacious backyard with patio, BBQ, fire pit, and fruit trees. You will have kitchen access with modern appliances along with washer & dryer access on . We do have a large dog who is very shy but friendly and is mainly outside. I do have some backyard chickens you will hear from time to time. Please no other animals, children, or couples. Smoking is OK but only outside. We are all pretty easy going people and all get along great. Single person only. Must be ok with signing a contract.
