About the room
The property is a 3 bedrooms and 2 and half bath.
The community is gated as well. there’s 2 ring cameras. One on the front door and on the back patio for added security. We will grant you access to the footage if you decide to move forward.
The room being listed comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and mounted TV on the wall (with a fire stick)
each room has a biometric door lock that works with your fingerprint, passcode, or electronic key.
Common spaces include:
loft study space that comes with you’re own desk and a shared printer. there’s a bookshelf as well.
fully furnished living room and dining area.
shared full kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher
About the roomies
Right now I occupy the master room. I’m finishing up my degree at UCF in business.
given that it is my last few semesters I work full time and usually either out with friends on the weekends or having a relaxing day in my own space.
