Very Quiet and comfortable apartment room and your own bathroom for rent in the heart of Mt. Juliet, TN. Located just off Mt. Juliet road about 1.7 miles North of I-40. Bottom floor apartment in a large two bedroom unit. This apartment was recently remodeled with new appliances, flooring and paint. Washer and dryer are in the unit.

I am 25yr old male and work in the restaurant industry in Mt. Juliet, so my working schedule is primarily afternoons and evenings. I have two gentle and older cats that I keep up after. The cat litter box stays in my room. I like this apartment; it is quiet, clean, has a great pool and is close to everything I like.

I am looking for a room mate that will keep the apartment clean, not get in trouble (or cause it) and will pay their half of the rent ($900 per month - includes utilities) on time. This person will need to apply with the apartment complex to be included on the lease. The qualification/application process is easy.
