On a nice day you can see the view of the mountain from the front yard! The home is situated in a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. There is a driveway for parking and street parking. It has a large backyard and the home is 2 floors. The bedrooms are on the second floor and I am looking to rent a bedroom and its own bathroom. I have a fully furnished bedroom for rent or a non non furnished bedroom for rent. There is also a bonus room that is used as a gym. The backyard is large and has a basketball court.
