Live in a historic 1840’s owner-occupied house in hot North Winton Village! Shopping, restaurants, Post Office, library and a small park in walking distance. Bus stop right across the street. Laundry on the premises. Full use of common space (kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, enclosed porch, yard). Bedroom is on the 2nd floor and there are no other occupants on that floor. There is room for a small desk and there is an office chair available to use. I will be the only other occupant in the house.

I’m friendly and looking forward to sharing my home as I have often done. I work part-time afternoons and occasional evenings. I enjoy cooking, but don’t do it every day. I also love gardening and am grateful this home came with flowering bushes and flowers that I’ve added onto and maintained, as well as a few herbs and veggies.
