Private bedroom, recently renovated (photos pre-renovation), unfurnished, with second private entrance via a sliding glass door to the small front patio area adjacent to main front door. The bathroom is right next to bedroom, and while semi-private for your storage and your use primarily, it is also the main bathroom for the house and will be shared when guests are present (must be well maintained). Wood/tile floors throughout, washer/dryer, dishwasher, shared fridge, cabinet, and pantry space, fireplace, back yard garden/seating (lots of birds and squirrels and nature), good amount of storage including available space in private garage. House is part of an HOA, not gated but in a semi-private cul-de-sac, lots of parking, community pool, picnic lawn, and club house. *210 freeway runs parallel to the back of the property and can be quite noisy but windows are well insulated so the noise is barely noticeable inside. No pets preferred since my dog isn’t the best w other pets, NO smoking in-doors, 420 friendly but daily smokers of any kind are strongly discouraged from inquiring due to health reasons. Large living room, lots of natural light, cozy dining area, great view of the mountains. Neighbors are friendly and helpful; mostly older folks. Not a sublet; rent is paid to homeowner. Utilities split 50/50; internet, electricity, gas, and shared streaming services.

Hi! My name is Tia, I’m 29, and I work full-time from home in the insurance industry. I have a dog named Bubba; she’s a 10 year old terrier mix and loves people. I’m prepping for grad school so I’m home more often than not. My family is local and are likely to visit often, especially during the holidays, but shared spaces will be respected and reasonable quiet hours reserved during weeknights. As a working professional, I do require limited noise during the day M-F, with house guests and overnight guests reserved for the weekends. I love a good movie and cocktails night and would enjoy a housemate I can socialize with, but I’m also a pretty private and introverted person. The HOA rules are strict regarding noise, so loud parties aren’t an option for either of us. I’m a movie and music buff, I like to go running on the trail down the block, I’m a big audiobook fan, I like crafts and home projects, and enjoy keeping my plants alive. Looking forward to finding a fellow working professional with a laid back demeanor, who is responsible, respectful, and dependable.
