Savannah's room

The Room that is up for grabs is the main bedroom with an attached bathroom. This is an updated unit and has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, new carpet, and new cabinets. $1000 is an overestimate on rent and is typically ~$950 per person with all bills/utilities included. Per the leasing agreement, there can be one more dog added to the lease. The property is a wonderful community that was once a 55+ apartment complex that now allows all ages. All of the neighbors are super friendly and kind. There’s a pool/hot tub, gym, clubhouse (that is currently being renovated), and my favorite part is a small private dog park area.

My name is Savannah (24 F) and have a beagle rescue named Squatter (6 F). I am an ambivert and like to have friends over occasionally for movie nights, dinners, and catch-ups but also totally love my alone time. I work full-time as a doctor’s assistant at a veterinary clinic and go to school part-time for my bachelor’s in Zoology. I am a very clean individual and try to keep my things as contained as possible. Ideally, I would like to have someone come in that I could be friends with and hang out with! I like to go out to fun events, be outside in nature and be creative! I am a big advocate for communication and prefer to over-communicate so that nothing gets lost in translation.
