The ideal roommate would work full time outside of the home, be considerate and clean, and value work-life balance. The townhouse is a two bedroom, two bathroom with adequate street parking. The townhouse is located near the Solvang city center. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dining room have been remodeled and these rooms are furnished.
