I am offering the ensuite which is located downstairs with patio access. CThe room is currently unfurnished but I can provide furniture if required. The house is spacious and in a quiet area of Green Valley. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the I-215.
About the roomies
I am in my early 50s and share my home with Mr. Max, a small dachshund cross. My life is quiet, minimalistic and drama free. I enjoy the company of a housemate and I also respect each others space and privacy. It would be great if my housemate had similar approach to life but it is not a deal breaker. A small well behaved dog is okay.
