I’m looking for another female to resign my lease with at a great complex in west lansing, across from horrocks farmers market. It’s a newer complex, with central air, in unit washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings, big bedrooms, plenty of parking, and the complex has a pool.

Complex is in a very safe area of town, I’ve been here 3 years with no issues of any kind. They do require you be able to pass a criminal background check and also have to have good credit and pass a check. Deposit is $250, $25 fee to apply.

I’m a 35 year old female, with 1 cat. She is 19 and my buddy, she mainly likes to just be wherever i am. She doesn’t claw or destroy. I work two jobs and i attend school online, so i mainly keep to myself. I’m very clean, quiet, and respectful of others. I don’t play loud music, i don’t smoke, and i don’t drink.
