Gym, balcony, pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, dog park, movie theater, arcade, free coffee at front desk, leisure area with grill, fire pit, and hammocks.

The room and common areas in the apartment are pictured, the room does not come with the furnishings though.

We’re pretty chill roommates with the occasional party, generally in bed/in our rooms by 8pm, we value each other’s friendship but also our alone time and privacy. Occasional visitors, but not a revolving door. We do have a husky living in the apartment, but unfortunately can’t accept any other dogs due to her being dog aggressive.
