i am 62 and raising my 2 grand children ages 8 and 11. we are Christian, you have your own bathroom very nice neighborhood. a schedule of getting up at 530 to get ready for school, they return at 3 Brooke leave on Friday and return on Sunday night. you will have the room on the other side of the house by yourself. non-smoking inside. none is allowed to stay except roomie.
