I am moving across the country, therefore I am subletting to re-lease my beautiful 1 bed 1 bath townhouse-style apartment. This exact apartment is going for $1000 ALL BILLS PAID (Clusters Apartments), but you’d be paying what I pay, $900, till February! After February you’d be re-leasing with them for their price.

It’s a great deal. This apartment is beautiful for the price, in a safe location, it’s extremely quiet since it’s a townhome style. Pet friendly, I have an ESA dog myself.

You would contact me to tour the apartment and get more info, but to actually lease you will have to go through Struga Management, the leasing company that owns the complex. They require $50 application fee, NO felonies or evictions/money owed on previous apt, MUST make 2.5x the rent ($2250), MUST have 1 year rental history and 1 year employment history with paystubs to show. Criminal and credit background check done by management company. I don’t handle ANY of the administrative stuff, they do. So if you don’t qualify under the terms listed above, please do not contact me as you will not meet the renting requirements.

You will be re-leasing the unit into your name, therefore it’s completely up to you if you have somebody live with you or not. It’s a 1 bedroom apartment.
