This townhouse is part of beautiful new construction in the Crystal Falls area. Included in the rent is access to HOA amenities such as pools and parks. Just a few steps from the front door is a peaceful walking path. Right outside the neighborhood are several great spots for dining.

The townhouse sits right outside Cedar Park city limit. Its about 30 minutes to the downtown Austin area. The nearest HEB is 10 minutes away and there is a Randall’s about two minutes away.

Amenities: large capacity Samsung washer and dryer, dedicated entertainment room, Samsung refrigerator, high speed internet (600MBps via wifi and 1GBps fiber), and small back patio area

What is included in rent: -all utilities and HOA fees -internet -biweekly cleaning service

Pet Policy: I love dogs! Unfortunately I get pretty bad allergic reactions to non-hypoallergenic dogs. If you have a non-shedding pup that is well behaved I would love to talk more with you and meet your pup :)

I’m Amanda :) I am a full time student and I work part-time so I am gone quite a bit. I have super sweet, mellow dog named River. He does not shed, bark, or chew things up. The most he will bother you is asking for the occasional scratch.

I enjoy running, mountain biking, and rock climbing. I also like to cook, bake, and knit (when I have time). I am a fairly tidy person and have no problem cleaning up after myself.

I am pretty sociable and would love to hang out if you’re up for it, but I’m also somebody that needs alone time to wind down. And I typically have people over for get togethers/movie nights once or twice a week.
