Brooke's room

Tiny shared ranch home available with lots of yard space. Shared kitchen, shared living room, and shared bathroom. Private bedroom. Some storage space available in the basement as well. Washer & dryer in basement. All utilities included. 1 person only. Must be kid friendly, tidy, and quiet/laid back. No visitors. Close to many parks, farms, and grocery stores.

Single mother and young child. Also a very cuddly, laid back cat. Very friendly and easy going. Looking for someone who is tidy, kind, and has a similar schedule. (Early wake up/early bedtime). We like to cook, hang outside, have movie nights, and do art projects.
