Condo to share with just me. About me: I am a female in my mid-30s. Easy going, friendly and considerate. Looking for the same! I work for the City and County of San Francisco. Currently I am only required in the office 1 day a week for the next year, so will be working remote 4 days out of the week M-F between 8am-5pm on the phone from home. I’ll be set up in my own room so if you are around during those hours you will still have access to the common areas. I will be updating the photos as I have not moved in yet- hence no furniture. I typically do all my cooking on Monday- woo meal prep Monday! I will also likely not be around on most evenings and weekends as I spend time out with friends and family. Looking for reliable and considerate housemate. Non-smoker/No Drugs. No pets. No overnight guests. $500 deposit at move in. Background/Credit check required. Cost of checks taken out of Deposit.
