West 11th Avenue Drive

The available room is the master bedroom and it is located on the second floor of the house. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs and the room will be the first door on the right. The stairs will be directly in front of you when you walk in the front door and you can get to your room easily. The room is fully furnished: a king size bed with bedding, 2 bedside tables, a dresser, a TV with attached roku, a couch, a desk with a chair and a few computer accessories for a workable office, 4 lamps and various artwork. There is a shower in the bathroom and a master closet with sink and counter in the dressing area. The house is conveniently located in west Broomfield, close to Highway 36 and the Northwest Parkway, it is a 5 minute walk to open space for runs or walks and is close to Flatirons Mall and the 1st Bank Center; close to a King Soopers and a Starbucks. It is in an older, quiet neighborhood. You would have full use of the laundry room and home gym in the basement, the kitchen and dining room as well as free street parking. The current home office/living room on the main floor is not shared space. The rest of the home is shared space, fully furnished and the back patio available as weather permits. Absolutely no smoking in the house. Utilities are included: water, sewer, internet, electricity, trash pick up.

There are three people who live in the house at the moment: 53 year old female. 33 year old female, 23 year old male. Two bedrooms are located up stairs on the same level as the master bedroom and the third is in the basement. We all have pretty busy schedules and come and go quite often. Everyone is friendly, open to conversation in the kitchen if we are cooking together or hanging out for a meal at the dinning room table. If you are busy and need quiet space, we can respect that. There is one older dog that lives with us. She may bark occasionally. She’s great with people but not other animals so no other pets allowed in the house.
