A beautiful two-story home located in Mountains Edge. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath. You’ll be renting the east wing upstairs which includes a loft/living area,1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the backyard. Washer and dryer in unit. 3 car garage. Located inside a gated community with 24-hour security, close-proximity to grocery stores, shopping centers, gas stations and restaurants. 5 minutes from Walmart. 10 minutes to the freeways and 20 minutes to Downtown Vegas/The Strip. You’ll have access to the whole house as well which includes a living room, dining room, and massive kitchen. The backyard has a heated pool and jacuzzi.

Your roommates are two young female professionals in their mid to late 20s. We are both easy-going, laid-back individuals. One works in the hospitality tourism and the other in financial services. We’ve created a family environment and are very respectful of each other’s space. We are very active and enjoy being outdoors. This is a drama-free zone. We will not tolerate any fighting or outside altercations into the house. There is currently a senior dog living in the home. Background and credit check will be required along with a short interview with the landlord and roommates.
