Wilken Street

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the complex. It’s 2BR 1.5 bath. The bedroom is a decent size with a closet. This bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, lamp and TV stand. The half bath is in the bedroom I occupy, so in the other bathroom, you will have your own sink and toilet. The only thing we will share is the shower. There is a small balcony/porch going to outside. Also, there’s a 10’X20’ garage downstairs. This complex is only 6 apartment units and is very quiet. The neighbors are great. The apartment is about a half mile walk to Hot Dog World and the DT Hendo area. There is a brewery and a couple small parks about 200 yards from the apartment. Utilities, water, WIFI, trash pickup, and washer & dryer usage are included with the rent.

I would be your only roomie. I’m single and my son lives in GA. I work a full time job and i’m not home much during the day throughout the week. I usually visit my son and family in GA a couple weekends a month. Im respectful and courteous. All I ask for is the same in return. No party’s.
