Susy's room

This is a new property in great condition. It’s a three bedroom, 2.5 bath. They area is in a gentrifying location but overall very quiet. It is about 10 minutes away from downtown and 5-7 minutes from the heights. The whole house is practically furnished. All that you will need is a bed to sleep on and maybe a clothes drawer? But it does come with a closet to hang clothes. You will have your own private bathroom.

I am always out and about with either school or work. Hardly ever home, I have an old mini schnauzer which is hypoallergenic. I am seeking for a roommate to have the home not feel so empty. My pup is older so all she does is sleep.
