Full independent bath in hallway, just outside the room. queen side bed with night stands, lamp and dresser for clothes. Also has a closet. No overnight guest permitted. Safe place and nice neighborhood. Full access to kitchen and laundry. Security system installed. 1 professional male owner lives in condo with own bed and bath. Plenty of parking and close to nearby restaurants and stores. Easy access to Rt 66, 29, 28. 10 min drive to Stringfellow park and ride and bus stand for Vienna metro and other places. 20 min to Dulles airport. 20 min to George Mason Univ. Available Apr 1st on first come first serve. Basic background check needed. Only renting to non smokers/vapers. Message to schedule a tour and for questions. IMPORTANT NOTE: MUST love dogs. 90 lb 9 months old GSD. NO WEIRDOS OR JUNKIES permitted.
