I am 53, and have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with laundry, patio with bbq, fireplace. Your bedroom is getting new paint, has hardwood floors, your bathroom has shower and jetted tub. Your bathroom is where guests usually go though. 1 mile from I55, Argon labs, BNSF train, 2 or 3 miles to 88 and 290. I have a small dog, and will consider someone with the same. Must be mindful, considerate, pick up after yourself and help keep place clean. I’m home a lot, I do work part-time, but I’m quiet and just watch a lot of tv. I’ve had some bad luck with roommates, so if you are nosey and like to snoop and/or steal, you will be gone and I will be keeping your deposit.
