SHARED SPACE: Living room-dining room-kitchen featuring comfortable chairs, pergo floors. Newly remodeled all-electric kitchen with dishwasher, new refrigerator. New washer and dryer in unit. Outdoor space shared by all units in the building: bench with a view, hot tub (open 7 am to 10 pm), swimming pool. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Very close to small mall with 99 Ranch and other stores; half a mile from Peet's and El Cerrito Plaza (Trader Joes, Daiso, UPS store, Fedex, and more). About a mile to El Cerrito Plaza BART.

I work remotely from home 5 days a week. I appreciate direct communication, love to cook, and host occasional dinner parties and other events. I would prefer to share some meals. I enjoy keeping the home clean and comfortable. I don’t carry resentment - I will tell you what bothers me. You should do the same.
