Dina's room

New built home 🏡, next to Wells Branch HEB and I35, surrounded by many gas stations, shopping centers, restaurants and services. It’s a big 2 stories home, downstairs is where the kitchen is, laundry facility, the owners’ master bedroom and living room. The room for rent has never been occupied, big and cozy, located upstairs in a semi-private suite with big living room, TV and mini drinks’ fridge provided too! Currently no roomies are using the bathroom so it’s a private bathroom for now.

The owners are hard workers and sweet, they keep it quiet and organized and roomies are expected to be respectful and to keep the house clean and organized too! Also: No partying No drugs No smoking weed No indoor smoking 🚭 No pets.
