I have one of the rooms available currently located downstairs with a shared bathroom.
The utilities & Internet are included with the $700
DETAILS Deposit is $700 No Pets Renters insurance is mandatory Couples are ok Will only except Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Direct deposit No Checks. First lease will be three months length to begin You need full deposit upon move in time.
Garage Space for an extra $50 if you want the spot to be yours or else it’s first come first serve.
