Brett's room

I have a 2 bedroom apartment with another person. I am moving and would like to add someone to the lease to take over my large bedroom with private bath. (Management apprval needed) (bdrm can be furnished or not—queen bed with two small couches and glass table and desk in room) & two large closets in bedroom, apartment has nice leather couches and kitchen bar area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. In total, it is 1275 square feet with 15+ foot ceilings. The lease is available until July 31, 2023…male roommate is super nice, very clean, works 3-11p, quiet and has a cat he mostly keeps in his room. He is interested in probable extension of lease also if interested. I have to move out of state for family reasons. new furniture available for sale also in bedroom.

The other roommate is a great guy and 23 y/o. He works in CNC in the Nashua area. I am moving out of state and that is the only reason why I am moving out.
