The property is located in NE Tacoma. The current tenant was still moving when I took the bedroom photos. So the bedrooms will be cleaned and furnishings will be changed. The location is quiet and the home is located on an easement off the main street. There are two bedrooms located upstairs and one downstairs. I am renting both the upstairs bedrooms. I am looking for long-term rentals. The location is about a mile from Brown’s Point and there are grocery stores and fast food restaurants nearby. The downstairs bedroom has been rented. The upstairs bedrooms will share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The washer/dryer is located in the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen and dining area, as well as the living room, will be shared areas. The rooms are both furnished. We can decide what provided furnishings you would like to keep and what may be stored. The actual furnishings are different as the current tenants have furnishings in the living in dining rooms. I will upload photos of the bedrooms soon.

The downstairs is currently rented by a male in his mid-twenties. He is quiet and mainly keeps to himself. He will socialize when appropriate. He has a small dog (Chihuahua mix) that is house trained and that he kennels when he is away.
