The apartment is a 2 story 3 bedroom 3 bath. You will have your own bathroom and assigned parking space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We are very close to shopping, markets and restaurants. Also right by the freeway if you commute to work.

We are both female working professionals. My current roommate has a 5 year old daughter who lives with us full time. We are looking for someone who is responsible, thoughtful, and quiet. We rarely have people over and try to keep things pretty chill, lowkey, and kid friendly. We are very respectful of each other’s personal space so if you prefer to be mostly left alone we will honor that and if you would like to socialize with us that’s great too. Cleanliness and organization is a huge must, we take a lot of pride in our home.
