Glen's room

Looking for someone to sign a new lease with my boyfriend and me. Current roommate is moving out in January. Landlord requires background check and proof of work and income. You would split PG&E and internet with us, unless you want your own internet . Landlord pays trash and water. The house is a cute old Victorian House right in the heart of Marysville, literally in the center close to everything. The room is huge and spacious, roughly 13 x 19(old house so measurements aren’t exact). You would have your own walk-in closet and your own private bathroom just outside your door in the hallway. Cute dining area, nice kitchen with dishwasher, spacious living room. Washing machine and dryer provided by landlord. The house really is a very cool and neat house that we have enjoyed living since we’ve been here.

My boyfriend and I are great roommates, we like to keep things clean and organized(most times) lol. We both have 2 jobs, (1 of our jobs is partially done from home) so we stay pretty busy and keep to ourselves. We don’t party and we rarely have anyone over. We have a dog who is older and will probably bark occasionally if he hears you until he gets to know you, he’s very friendly. We’re animal friendly so if you have a dog or cat it may work, it all depends on the animal and the landlord. We don’t do drugs and absolutely will not accept living with anyone who does.
