Kevin's room

The room could be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you like/need. I am renting one of my smaller (I occupy the master) bedrooms for $950.00, utilities included (SMUD, PG&E, and internet). This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and sink on a separate space/room. This bathroom will only be accessible and used by the tenant through their bedroom door. There are no other tenants besides myself that will occupy this property.

There is a downstairs bathroom. Roommates have full access to my large kitchen, my living and family rooms, and my good-sized landscaped backyard.

I live alone in a nice, two-story, three bedroom, three bath (one master, two smaller bedrooms) home in North Laguna. I am 3 minutes from Cosumnes River College. I have one outside dog and one inside dog. I keep the house clean and organized. The dogs are friendly and do not bark.
