Katrina's room

I have two rooms available. The first is the Paris room and it is quite large. On clear days there is a view of Mt. Tahoma/Rainier. There is a small sitting/living area outside the room- in between both rooms. It has a queen bed, a dresser, two bedside tables, a desk and chair and a walk in closet. There is a small dry kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave with some kitchen items. There is also a small table and chairs. Other small appliances (toaster, electric tea kettle) may be available. The other room is beach themed. It has a full size sleigh bed, a large dresser and a a small one, a desk & chair, a reading chair, and a walk in closet with shelves. This room rents for $850. Shared 1 1/2 bath.
The living area upstairs has a futon and daybed. NO PETS. We have cats and a dog and chickens. Students, nurses welcome. I teach inclusion education in the area. We bought our home over two years ago. We’re pretty quiet, work a lot, do things in the community and have a few hobbies. Anti-racist, 2SLGBTQIA+ ally, wine friendly, liberal and environmentally kind. Folx with like ideas welcome to apply to rooms:)

Front and back yard. Parking on street. Quiet and responsible. Love pets but no room currently for more. Looking for quiet, respectful, and responsible roommates.
