Basement room available in 1930’s home. Private half bath. Shared shower. Close to downtown. All utilities are included including private heat source in winter. Shared washer/dryer. Pets welcome but to be confined to living quarters. Outside patios. 420 friendly.
About the roomies
Must be able to deal with barking dogs early in the morning. Critical. Both my pups bark when ready for food, so early riser would be great or able to sleep through anything. We are a stable LGBTQ friendly couple that loves animals, outdoors, gaming, BBQ’S and celebrating. 420 is great. No heavy drugs, period, end of quote.
