About the room
My condo is located at the east end of Ventura in the quiet Todd ranch community. A private room with a private balcony and plenty of extra storage space. In unit laundry and you get free range of the house. Please no children. Smoking cannabis in the house is ok but cigarettes must be outside.
About the roomies
We are a 24 and 25 year old couple both of us work full time but are adventurous on the weekends. We’re pretty easy going and have 2 super sweet dogs so please no pets. I am also the home owner not a renter.
